TeamViewer is a program that once installed and the ID and password are given
your PC can be viewed remotely so I or any Tech can help you fix your pc
or walk you through the way to fix most any issue.

4shared is a site to get all your Android Programs!
You can go there on your phone and download directly to your phone or download them on your computer and email them to your phone or hook your phone up to your pc and move them over that way to install.
If you email them to your phone in the e-mail it will give you the option to install directly from the e-mail!

This Program takes a little direction to set-up depending on what you want it to clean but will delete all Cookies, Trash, Temporary Files and Log Files as well as keep your Registry Clean.
Here are a couple of Basic Programs Everyone should have.
Open Office
Openoffice.org is a free Google based Office Suite which includes:
Word, Excel, Power Point and a data base Application.
This will work on all Platforms of Windows to unzip or zip any .rar or .zip files.
7-Zip
This Program is to read any .pdf files
Adobe Reader
First Link you will choose your Operating System then download
This Program is used to view most videos on the internet
Adobe Flash Player
This is a program that will play any media, Videos, DVD's, Music, etc.
It's not as fancy as Windows Media Player or Real Player but won't make you download 100 codec's or updates or run lots of stuff in the background.
VLC Player
If you have a Mac or other platform (lunix, etc.) go here to Download
