We have been in business since 2002. Our main tech which does most of the Computer stuff has been in the industry for over 20 years and has a very wide base of knowledge of computers from hardware to software related experience and has been building web sites for over 2 years along the way training a couple to handle the extra load and of building original sites and several more to do the easier maintenance and updates to the sites we maintain.
The Sales Reps or Telemarketers we have and keep on call for our telemarketing campaigns must have at least 5 years of experience to be able to work with us.
We have been marketing on the internet in terms of placing ads and sending e-mails for over 5 years and the system we have in place proves it. When we first started sending out e-mails for different campaigns it was just about the wording to get people to open the e-mails and now with security protocols and spam the process is much more evolved and much harder to even get the e-mail to your intended recipient.
Having years of trusted mail and not being marked as spam is the biggest advantage we can offer which is why we are very strict on where you get your leads from and must ensure that if they are not your client list they must be at least opt-in e-mail addresses.
If you are interested in a telemarketing campaign there are several protocols here as well that must be followed the biggest being that the numbers are compliant with the Federal Do Not Call List. If you have your own SAN number we can use your scrubbed list - if we need to scrub your list for you there is an additional charge but we will make sure that all media and campaigns are compliant with All Federal and State Laws.

Our Service Contracts offer 18 hours a day on call service and if there is an emergency with your system a phone call and remote login can be obtained 24 hours a day.
